Ponzi Hospital Doors installed at the Acibadem Hospital in Istanbul

Ponzi technology in the field of healthcare is also appreciated abroad. The Acibadem hospital in Turkey has created an entire operating ward, access filters and operating doors, only with Ponzi automatic entrances. The project was completely special and extremely advanced, the automatic entrances installed are 3 meters high.The door panels were supplied with a full clad stainless steel panel, made of a single press-folded sheet metal. Particular attention was paid to the molding and molding processes of the door, with the final result of a homogeneous, stable surface with uniform edges, rounded corners, long-lasting and easy to clean and resistant to any chemical agents.
Wide coplanar views have been inserted on the door, to give brightness inside the operating environment. However, total privacy is possible, by operating the adjustable curtains inside the glass.
Hermetic sealing is guaranteed and certified by the Test report on hermetic closures. The powerful Ponzi PSE automation, sliding to rationalize the space occupied and to contain the movement of air, in the final closing phase, obtains airtight thanks to a sliding and vertical translation movement and creates an impenetrable barrier for pathogenic elements present on the outside.
The supply was important in terms of design, but also in terms of quantity as 25 automatic doors were built, installed by Ponzi staff who went directly to the site, who started and tested the entire operating theater.
To delimit the entrance, automatic doors with one or two doors with an all-glass solution, also with a height of three meters, were used to standardize the entire department project.
